5 day mid day accountability

Hey , Deb, Sue and Deb and I cannot forget my Victoria Beckem(Linda A) the cheer leader. Today so far 2 sf chocprotein 150 cal a piece 68oz of SF no cal beverage 1/4 cup yougart 35 cal 1/4 cup tomato soup with milk. i hope everybody is doing great!!!!

OK...thanks for askin' Troy. I don't like this liquid part much. Remember sister Lisa when she did the preop liquid? She said "Oh I just LOVE these shakes."   LOL.  Anyway....I've had 2 cups of protein shake heated like hot chocolate and 32 ounces of water. Tummy is growling though but not feeling hungry. Tomato soup sounds yummy....didn't know I could have that so I might grab some. You are doing great here.

I had a protein drink for breakfast, split pea soup from the website for lunch and dinner and will have for lunch tomorrow too, 1/2c sf pudding for a snack earlier in the day and a sf popsicle about a half hour ago.  I'm not really hungry but I just want to CHEW on something...wish I was allowed to eat gum...one more day then the old teeth can be used again! Are you hungry at all?  It sure seems like you didn't eat much at all.  Makes me hungry just thinking about it!  LOL!!! Debi
